FAQ

What is the best tool in Moon Sweepers?

Among hand tools, the Extra Wide Broom ($150) — widest head (about 99 cm) and the biggest container. After that your cleaning power comes from vehicles (Mega Vacuum Rover, $6,000) and automation (J.O.O.N.A.S., $20,000).

Are upgrades shared in multiplayer?

Yes, since patch 1.0.3 (Oct 24): the whole crew uses the host's Upgrade Matrix and anyone's purchase upgrades everyone. Older saves keep the highest level anyone had bought.

Is the Nail Brush worth it?

Most guides say skip the Nail Brush and Handbrush: save up $25 and go straight to the Household Broom, which holds 3 kg. One Steam guide prefers Nail Brush → Extra Wide Broom instead; both work.

Do upgrades run out?

Yes — a common review complaint is that the upgrade tree is finished long before the Moon is. Reviewers report buying everything after roughly 9 hours, at well under 1% of the Moon cleaned.
